Colon McDougall, who has been suffering for a long time with pernicious anemea, died at his home in Grimes on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The funeral services were held on Fri-day, Rev. E. A. Trites officiating. Three selections, "A bide With Me,” "When I Get To the End of the Way, and "Does Jesus Care," were sung by Elisha Hale, M. E. Mockler, Mrs. Cora Irvine and Blanche Montieth. The bearers were! Charles Curry, Harry Curry, Merle! Hale and Samuel Bishop. The deceased, who was born October 24, 1874, leaves a wife, two sons, Hazen and Percy McDougall, three daughters, Mrs. Nettie Doody, Mrs. Leda, Doody and Mrs. Percy Theriault, two brothers, R. A. and George B. McDougall, and three sisters, Mrs. Erena Currier of Caribou, Mrs. Sarah Cochran of Iron-ton, Minn., and Mrs. W. W. Congdon of Brandon, Minn., besides many friends who mourn his departure.
