Mrs. Thephile Roy of Asheulot street has blooming a species of cactus. The plant has 17 large red blossoms on it, that have the same shape as a morning glory, but are more delicate and are colored a deep red. The exact name of the species is not known to Mrs Roy who has had the plant nine years. It blooms every year from two to three weeks, although this year it is late. Usually the first blossoms come on or shortly after Memorial day.

Mrs. Adelia Roy - Mrs. Adelia Aubin Roy, 65, of the late Theophile Roy, died at the home of her son, Arthur Roy, in Westminster, Vt., early yesterday morning. Mrs. Roy had made her home this town for many years until the death of her husband, March 2. Since that time she has lived with her children in several places. Mrs. Roy was born in Canada, Nov. 19, 1872, the daughter of Barthelemi Aubin and Elizabeth Aubin, and had spent most of her in this town. She was married to Theophile Roy in Ashuelot, Aug. 1, 1891. Mrs. Roy is survived by six children, Leon J. Roy of Claremont Junction, N.H., Mrs. Alfred Guilbeault of Turners Falls, Arthur Roy of Westminster, Vt., Miss Amelia Roy of Hartford, Conn., Leonard Roy of West Swanzey and Gerard Roy of this town; one brother, Joseph Aubin of Keene; and five grandchildren, Leon H. and Barbara by of Westminster, Vt., Eileen and Mary Roy of West Swanzey, and Stanley Gerard Roy of this town.
