ARTHUR H. ROY WESTMINSTER — Arthur H. Roy, 69, of Westminster Station, a resident of Westminster for 40 years, died Monday in Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Roy retired in 1960 as a foreman for the Boston & Maine Railroad. He had worked for the railroad 40 years. He was a former Westminster village trustee and served many years on the Board of Civil Authority. He was a member of the executive committee of Boyden Grange and a member of Saxton River Valley Pomona Grange and Bellows Falls Lodge of Elks. Born in Winchester, N.H., July 10, 1900, he was a son of Theophile and Adelia (Aubin) Roy. His marriage to the former Marie Fallon, who survives, took place in Winchester in 1925. Other survivors are a son, Leon of Manchester, N.H.; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Fee of Stratford, Conn.; two brothers, Leonard of West Swansey and Gerard of Winchester; two sisters, Mrs Fred Guilbeault of Turners Falls, Mass., and Mrs. Harry Gerard of Altmar, N.Y., and seven grand-children. A Requiem High Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Church, Bellows Falls, Thursday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. Friends may call at Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home there tonight from 7 to 9
