June 26, 1945 - Caribou, Aroostook, Maine, USA
The death of Frank Levesque, 78, occurred at his home at 3 Belmont Street after a long illness. Mr. Levesque was born in Holmesville, N. B., the son of the late Peter and Susan Levesque. Surviving besides his widow, Mrs. May Levesque, are nine children, -Mrs. Inez Whiteneck of Caribou, Mrs. Lena Devoe of Houlton, Mrs. Madeline McDougal of Caribou, Mrs. Regina Cochran, of Caribou, Raymond Levesque of Presque Isle, Mrs. Beatrice Meuse of Caribou, Pfc. Otis Levesque, S 1/c Sterling Levesque and Pfc. Hubert Levesque, all in the armed service overseas; 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Two brothers, Colby and Morris Levesque, and one sister; Mrs. Edward Searles, are also surviving. Funeral service were held at the Gray Memorial Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon. Two selections were sung by Mrs. Ansel Anderson and Rev. Robert Pinkham. Burial was at the Grimes cemetery.
