National Granite Company
T. Bouchard has transferred to the National Granite company, Inc., three separate items of property and real estate and the deed has been tiled with the city clerk. These are the granite cutting and manufacturing plants and equipment heretofore owned and operated by Geremie St. Onge and T. Bouchard, doing business under the firm name of the National Granite company, situated off Barre street in the city of Montpelier. which was conveyed to St. Onge and Bowhard by Charles A. Deming and Charles A. Kennedy in 1900; all the machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, office furniture and equipment; and all the land and premises on the northerly ride of River street, which was conveyed to Gerimie St. Onge and Telesphore Bouchard by Hope L. Harkness and Arthur E. Lane. G. St. Onge'e half interest in the lands, premises and property described was convoyed to T. Bouchard. on Sept. 28, last. The consideration for the deed on Mr. Bouchard to the National Granite company. Inc., is about $15,000.

Geremiah St. Onge, 52. a granite manufacturer associated with the National Granite Company. died Saturday night at his home at 151 Barre street after an illness of about four weeks, having been previously in gradually falling health. Ha was born March 2. 1874 in St. Jean Dechanion, P.Q. the son of Edmond and Selina (Corrien) St. Onge. He was married in Manchester, N.H. in 1900 to Emma Provancher, who survives him. They moved to this city 21 years ago, he engaging in the granite business. For the past 16 years he has been with the National Granite Company. He also leaves a son and a daughter, Emillien and Miss Ethel St Onge, both of this city. The deceased was a member of St Augustine's Church, of the St Jean Baptiste Society. The funeral will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at St Augustine's Church.

The funeral of Geremiah St Onge was at St Augustine's Church at 9 o'clock yesterday morning, the Rev W.P. Crosby officiating, and burial was at the Catholic cemetery. The bearers were E.P. Beaudette, Eugene Lachapelle, Eugene Roy, Fergus Lemay, Albert Desilets and Leo Bertrand. Representatives of the Catholic Order of Foresters and St Jean Baptiste Society met at his late residence the evening before, where prayers were said.
